TRADITIONAL CRETAN MIZITHROPITA- CHEECE PIE
"MIZITHROPITA"
is the traditional cheece pie
MIZITHRA* =cheece + PITA = pie
* mizithra is like cottage cheece but salty and sour
INGREDIENTS:
500gr flour
1 teacup warm water (maybe more)
3 soupspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
500gr "mizithra"
INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow the steps you see in the video! The can next to the fire has water in.
WE SERVE "mizithropita" WITH HONEY!!!!
