Delicious gingerbreads from Poland
Here you have got the recipe. Melisa, our 6-grade student prepared these gingerbreads together with her grandma. Other students decorated the gingerbreads with the flags of our partners’ countries and much more...
Ingredients:
¼ glass of honey
80 g butter
½ glass dark brown sugar
one egg
teaspoon baking soda
2 spoons gingerbread spices
teaspoon cocoa
2 ¼ glass flour
Put honey into the pot and heat it (do not boil), add butter and wait. Butter should melt. All dry ingredients mix together and add to honey and butter. Stir everything with a wooden spoon and then with a hand using flour to avoid sticking. Roll dough to a scant 2 – 3 mm thick, cut out gingerbreads and bake 10 – 15 minutes in the oven (180oC).
Enjoy ☺
Merry Christmas to all of you! :)
... and thank you for your beautiful Christmas postcards :)

CATALAN CHRISTMAS FOOD!
Children in Year 3 have decided which our typical Christmas food is.
They have drawn it and they have done a little description.
We hope you like our work. And we love learning about food in your countries.
Thank you so much!!!
